The three key components of the SR series engine configuration (high-pressure oil pump, turbocharging, fuel injector) and most of the main components are produced by Mitsubishi in Japan. The excellent combustion chamber design, high-pressure direct injection technology, advanced turbocharger, efficient cooling system, and good economy demonstrate the superior technical level of the high-power diesel engine used by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and its emissions comply with the IMO 2 marine engine emissions and the EPA2 land power plant emissions in the United States.
