MPMC builds its high-end customised diesel generator sets at MPMC Powertech Jiangsu in Haimen, a 22,000 m² smart factory with end-to-end CNC fabrication and integrated CRM, ERP, PLM, MES and OA systems. Its CNAS-accredited testing system has five power-section test rooms, including a constant-temperature room that simulates 40°C or 50°C ambient, and every unit is load-tested at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and 110% before shipment. CNAS-documented models comply with ISO 8528-5:2018, GB/T 2820.5-2009, ISO 3046 and ISO 12944.

Precision Fabrication and Long-Life Corrosion Protection

Quality is built in from the first cut. Steel is laser-cut to a zero-burr surface standard, every welder holds an operation licence and completes 30 days of training, and every chassis receives NDT magnetic-particle flaw detection and pressure testing. Enclosures are sandblasted, powder-coated and finished to C3, C4 or C5 anti-corrosion class, with sprayed products put through 500 to 700 hours of salt-spray testing twice a year for at least three years of outdoor rust resistance. This manufacturing depth is one reason MPMC has been the largest G-OEM by volume in China for Perkins and Stamford in recent years, and ranks among the top three for DCEC and Kubota.

Single-, Twin- and Four-Engine Options

MPMC's containerised range runs from single-engine units of 800 kVA to 3,750 kVA, powered by Cummins, Perkins, Baudouin, MTU, Scania, SME, Volvo or SDEC engines, through twin-engine containers of 1,250 kVA to 3,000 kVA with Baudouin, Scania or Perkins engines, to a four-engine 1,600 kVA Scania configuration. Every option is paired with Stamford or Leroy-Somer alternators, giving contractors free choice of the engine brand their teams already know.

Parallel Operation and Fast Mobilisation

Multiple units run in parallel with intelligent load sharing through DSE or DEIF AGC controllers, giving N+X redundancy and master-standby rotation for uninterrupted supply.
