On January 11, 2026, MPMC held its 2025 Annual Awards Ceremony and 2026 New Year Gala at Zhongtian Steel Hotel. Employees from MPMC Shanghai, the Yangzhong manufacturing base, the Haimen manufacturing base, and AGEN subsidiary gathered in one place, marking a rare and meaningful reunion of the entire MPMC team.

Through festive fair-style games and photo zones, participants scanned QR codes, captured smiles, and welcomed the new year with anticipation and good wishes. These warm, interactive moments set a joyful and vibrant tone for the evening.

The gala officially opened with hosts from MPMC’s overseas sales, technical, and other departments, marking the start of a formal yet energetic program.

Mr. Huang Qiaoyong, General Manager of MPMC; Mr. Du Jianfeng, Chairman of MPMC; and Mr. Li Kemin delivered keynote New Year addresses. They reviewed the Group’s steady growth in 2025 despite a complex market environment. They recognized breakthroughs in R&D, market expansion, delivery assurance, and organizational development. They also outlined clear strategic priorities for high-quality growth in 2026, providing strong direction for the team.

A series of awards followed. From the Young Talent Growth Award for emerging professionals, to MPMC Star honoring core contributors, and the Outstanding Team Award won by the BCH R&D team, each honor reflected dedication, expertise, and ambition.

In a highly competitive market, the Annual Sales Profit Champion and Runner-up, along with the Best Performance Growth Award, were announced. Their results demonstrated resilience and execution. Additional honors—including the General Manager’s Award, President’s Special Award, Annual Outstanding Contribution Award, and Chairman’s Award—recognized exceptional value created across roles.

Special awards, the Evergreen Leadership Award and Orchid Excellence Award, paid tribute to Mr. Li Kemin and Mr. Luo Han for their long-term guidance and inspiration.

MPMC also honored employees with five and ten years of service. Employee representatives shared sincere reflections on growing with the company, deeply moving the audience. A January birthday celebration followed, strengthening the sense of unity within the MPMC family.
